RULES FOR MESSIEST KID'S ROOM CONTEST
Room entries for children ages six – 14 during calendar year 2010 will be considered
Only entries from within the greater Houston, TX (within Harris County), Sugarland and The Woodlands will be considered for the free organization prize.
Entries without a YouTube video will not be considered
Videos must be submitted by parent or guardian and/or with a parent's or guardian's permission
By submitting video, the entrant(s) release(s) Tops In Texas and New Leaf Organizing to promote video and entrant in print, broadcast and online media.
The top three finalists for the contest will be determined by voting at Tops In Texas
Only one vote per computer will be accepted for entrants.
Winner must schedule (but not necessarily execute) the organizing sessions no later than 11:59 PM CST May 31, 2011
Voting ends Midnight CST December 1, 2010
Finalists will be announced by December 3, 2010
The winner must consent to the posting of before and after pictures on our website (www.newleaforg.com), and in video, print, broadcast and online media
The organizing sessions may not be traded for cash or any other prize other than that which has been stated in these rules
The sessions are limited to one bedroom.  However, more than one child can live in the bedroom
At least one parent must be present during the organizing sessions
The child or children living in the winning room must participate in the organizing sessions
All restrictions listed in our regular Client Agreement form apply to the organizing sessions
The free organizing sessions will be a maximum of 12 hours, with no more than 6 hours being completed in any one day

Create a video of the room and upload it to YouTube
Paste link from YouTube in Form Below or on previous page
Video must be submitted by parent or guardian and/or with a parent's or guardian's permission
Voting ends midnight CST December 1, 2010
Only one vote per computer will be accepted
Voting for the messiest room at topsintexas.net will determine the top three finalists.  Finalists are determined by the top three vote recipients as of December 1st, 2010
Finalists will be announced by December 3, 2010
The owners of New Leaf Organizing will select the winner from the top three finalists
By submitting video, the entrant releases Tops In Texas and New Leaf Organizing to promote video and entrant in print, broadcast and online media
The winner will be announced by January 3, 2011
