GRAPHICS PROCESS
1. Receives copy of the VBS ORDER
FORM
2. Review ORDER
FORM and Confirm Banner Width
3. Take screen
shot of Contact Page
4. Insert Screen Shot of Contact
Page into program and label with CLIENT ABBREVIATION (ABBR) and Contact.
IMPORTANT: Do Not put space in file name. FOR
EXAMPLE: KARAPContactPage.png would be correct file name. KARAP Contact
Page.png would not be correct.
5. Create File Folder on Desktop for
this CLIENT
6. Label File Folder: CLIENT
ABBREVIATION + Graphics
7. Design banner, no more than 150 –
175 pixels tall. Put phone number in banner large.
Use the Client’s branding and/or
colors…
8. Pull high quality jpg of Client
Logo and Label with ABBR+Logo
9. Pull photos from Client Website –
Consider pulling related photos from other sources such as GOOGLE IMAGES.
10. Make sure to label all photos
with ABBR+(description of the photo)
11. Pull Brand Logos if appropriate
and label with ABBR+(description)
12. Pull all
other photos, affiliations such as Better Business Bureau, etc. and label in same manner,
saving all to the CLIENT FOLDER on your desktop. Make sure all graphics are in the folder for
this CLIENT!!!

BASECAMP: https://tit.basecamphq.com
13.B. Use PW and LOGIN information
to open it
13.C. ENTER on
Dashboard on top left if it is not pre-selected
13.D. On right
hand side find the Client Folder
13.E. ENTER IT to
open the CLIENT’s Basecamp Project File
(This is our online storage location for each
Client)
13.F. Next screen
is “Project Overview & Activity”
14. ENTER in the navigation area
above, the red link “New file”
15. “Upload a file” screen is
next

ENTER Browse. This will
open a path to the File where all the graphics are stored on your computer desktop (or
wherever you chose to set up the Client’s Graphics Folder.
17. Find the first of all the files
to upload. ENTER it then hit SELECT or CHOOSE or whatever prompt your computer
offers.

IMPORTANT>>>> Do not ENTER
upload yet. We upload all files in your CLIENT Graphics folder at
once.

NEXT… Go to: “No Category” dropdown menu
20. ENTER it and select
“Pictures”
21. Then… Repeat ENTER Browse, find
the next graphic, ENTER select or choose, and again… DO NOT PRESS UPLOAD until all files have
been selected in this manner.
22. REPEAT the
process until all files are uploaded.
23. Once you have
double checked to make sure all files you created are located in the BASECAMP Client Folder,
then ENTER the “All of Domain Marketing Resources” button and the “Tim Dillard” button
underneath in the email notification area

NOW… press the Upload Files button. You will get a time to
finish bar which will scroll from left to right. Depending on
the size and number of files this process could take 2 – 5 minutes. Be
Patient.
25. Then zip up the files and email
the entire folder to: kim@topsintexas dot com.
26. Then, prepare
an invoice and email it to: kim @ topsintexas dot com.
